EasyCap Capture Card Xbox 360

October 15th, 2013

I am planning on buying a Easycap capture card to record Xbox 360 gameplays, but I need to know which will give me better quality, S-Video or Components cable and how do I set it up? I have searched on Youtube on how to set it up but it tutorials aren’t clear
Answer #1
As far as I can see the Easycap has a Yellow (Composite), and a Black,( S-Video) connection..
If your Xbox has the round black one (S-Video), then use it….If only a yellow one, then use it instead.
Don’t forger the white and red for audio..
Answer #2
S-Video will give u better quality, u will also need 2 buy 3 splitters[male to female], to seperate the video and sound so 1 goes to the tv and 1 goes to the easycap. very easy to do.

How do I know how many Male to Female RCA Audio adapter I need? and do you have a tutorial on how to setup the Easycap using S-Video cable?
Answer #4
if u recording using s-video u will require 2 splitters if using composite u will require 3 splitters. also u will need 2 or 3 extra RCA cables to go from the splitters into the easycap.
no i dont know of any tutorials but from a quick youtube search before it looks very easy to use and setup.

i dont know if its only record in black and white but i had a Dazle DVC90 years ago which recorded in black and white but u can fix it using a programme called AMcap to record in coloour, ull most likely be able to do the same thing with EasyCap.
All u do is start AMcap before u start your recording software.

Do you know what’s the difference between EasyCap DC60 and DC60+ V3.1B?
Answer #9
DC60 does not support pal 60 only pal 50 so no games like gears and cod can be played but the dc60+ does support pal 60 as i have a dc60+ and you do not need any spliters
Answer #10
Trust me don’t buy the easycap, i bought one for the xbox 360 and it is utter SHITNESS.
