Easiest way to get wifi working on a netbook?

Hi
Ive put a fresh windows xp in my hp mini 210 netbook due to a nasty *** virus.
Now i cant get the wifi to work
ive tried to install drivers, and tried network magic
but other than that, idont knwo how, or wat to do.
can someone give me the easy way please lol

Installing the driver should suffice… are you certain it was the correct one?

im not.. but its hard to see wat is
they haver about 12 to choose from
no idea
i just found one on google
its works, but i think its only about 75% as fast connection as it was before..
if that can happen?

If it works it should probably be O.K. There are some options you can tweak inside device manager; One of them is signal strength or sth similar; try setting it to the max (it might have been set like this before the format.)

Look on the sticker on the bottom of your netbook, that will tell you what wi-fi card you have in it, then just get the correct XP driver for it from the HP support site. (The sticker might be under the battery)
