DVD ROM shows up as CD ROM and can’t run DVDs anymore

It happened right after i put a windows XP CD to make an ISO of it using PowerISO and that happened and i couldn’t run DVDs anymore i tried uninstalling the dvd drive drivers but that didn’t help

try unplugging the drive,remove the sata cable and then plug it back in
start ur computer
go to device manager and check for the drivers,update if necessary

EDIT: thanks woot but its about 75% fixed, now it can recognize dvds and burn them but its still shows up as a CD rom and the buffer during the burning process is so low and and the speed is kinda slower than regular at first i thought it would fail eventually but it finished and i tested the material and it worked just fine its a game installation disk the game installed successfully with no error and ran and started with no problem and the size of the game was legit, but still it shows up as CD ROM and also check the writing support section in the image below, it obviously should be green but it isn’t for some reason
