Drivers for laptop

I formated my Packard Bell EasyNote XS and no drivers. Where do i get drivers from, i got the sound. The main problem is when i click the wi fi buttton onto the laptop itself, no software or icons pop up on the screen.

which os did you install ?
if win 7 it should find you the drivers alone
