The process Logitech PS2 Keyboard Filter Driver belongs to the software Logitech iTouch(TM) or iTouch Keyboard Filter by Logitech, Inc.
Description: itchfltr.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 12953 bytes (55% of all occurrence), 12640 bytes.
The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program is not visible. The service has no detailed description. It is not a Windows system file. The file is a trustworthy file from Microsoft. Therefore the technical security rating is 15% dangerous.
Important: Some malware camouflage themselves as itchfltr.sys, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Thus check the itchfltr.sys process on your pc whether it is pest.

Since its in the Driver folder, i think its the normal file from Logitech. but still, I recommend using Spysweeper to do a thorough scan of ur HD.
