Downloads failing to start [SOLVED]

Hey guys, searched around a bit and can’t seem to find anything on this. So, I’ve tried downloading Cinema 4d R13 from various fileshare sites through mirrors, this has also occurred in the past with other fileshare downloads. Basically the download will start then immediately stop, as if it has finished, however the size of the rar folder will always only be only 4kb. This is continuosly happening with every fileshare link that I try, and I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is, any ideas? Btw: Im running Mac osx lion 10.7
Edit: If anyone else is having this problem try disabling your antivirus, this seemed to do the trick for me as Norton had decided to block my attempts at downloading rar files without notifying me.

are you using a download manager IDM use to do this for me with Megashares
