Downloads blocked

Recently my browser seems to randomly block my downloads (some go through some don’t), and it’s always after it’s been downloading for a while, it suddenly just stops.
Giving me a warning “Program may contain spyware or virus”.
I tried disabling Avast and Adblock plus without any results.
I’m using Uploaded to download from and Firefox.
Just downloading manually.
Anyone who had the same issue or knows what could be going on?
Should I use a program instead? (like RS manager, Jdownload etc.) and if so which one do you recommend?

A popular manager that I use is Internet Download Manager.
It is stand alone and also has an add on to integrate with Firefox.
