Downloading on IPHONE 4S jailbroken, how? host links

i hope you can help.
i want to download movies, tv show on my iphone obviously via wifi, but how can i do it? is there a download manager i can install? i want to be able to get links via rapidshare, fileserve easily on my phone…
please advise
my phone is jailbroken…and i have vlc player
Just download any download manager from App Store…or sort by popular to find the ‘best’
what about a flash work around?
