you can only downgrade if your psp is 3.2 or under, (yes they stopped making downgrades along time ago), the only way to play cfw games are your psp again is to “Buy a pandora hacking kit”, or borrow one there is a chip on your battery that lets you hack your battery, you can software mod it or hardware mod it, since your psp is no longer running gen-b YOU CANNOT SOFTWARE MOD IT, since your psp is not hacked (if your friend has a hacked psp you can borrow his psp or get him to run the battery hacking program for you).
alternately you can break open the psp battery you are breaking the psp battery case and will need to glue it shut when done locate the 5th pin on your battery chip and BREAK IT, the disconnected pin, creates a error which forces your psp to boot in service mode, allowing you to run installers from your memory stick, think of this like changing the boot up sequence of your pc to memory stick first since its sorta like this, instead of booting up the psp system software on your psp it boots up in service mood.
the easy way is of course to just buy the battery yourself for 6 bucks.

You cant, your PSP is now worthless you gotta buy games legit now. Go find PSP with 5.03 or 5.50 to mod it. Latest custom firmwares that play all games are 5.03GENC and 5.50GEND3.
you can downgrade your psp if you have a psp phat or slim( the slim with a v3 motherboard or the 3000 you cant downgrade )
you just need a pandora battery for the phat or slim and its possible !!! i upgraded my psp slim and light (2000V1) to 6.20 to go on the playstation store)
and when i finished donwloading the game i downgraded back to 5.00M33-6 with pandora so its possible grtz
