It made me cough my coffee over the desk when I saw the shows he suggested lol. The only good old timer show that he didn’t mention was Frost or Taggart.

My vote would be for Life – the Dameon(?) Lewis show with Sarah Shahi(?) too.
2 seasons of multi-watchable shows. Self contained eps with also a long story arc that plays out over the two seasons and is completed in the final ep.

I Kind of want 20th -21th century stuff , i have seen Sherlock and sherlock holmes by jeremybrett aswell as monk and i just cant seem to find good links of Law and order or Law and order Svu :S

Yep, easily. Nothing current comes close, in fact they’re all mediocre. Sherlock might be worth seeing though.

Neither, it comes from watching enough eps to have grown tired of all his ticks and quirks and other such nonsense that deviate from the plot. Life is just too short to sit through 10mins of him opening and closing his front door.

It’s no good suggesting these shows because you need an attention span greater than a Goldfish to understand them. If there’s not a car chase every 10 minutes the average viewer loses interest.
