Depositfiles Files and Uploading server

I’ve just uploaded a file to Depositfiles and it says the file will be deleted in March, but won’t the file stay unless Depositfiles found out it’s a software?

And which uploading server that I upload and I get paid?

Depositfiles.com is a free file-hosting service and registration is not mandatory. Any files, even from unregistered users are stored for at minimum 30 days from the time of last file(s) download. you can be paid by rapidshare if you are a premium user.

But I’m register with Depositfiles, but if someone downloads my file do the delete date go on?
