dell inspiron n5110

Can you be a bit more specific?
Won’t work don’t tell us much..
The drive is being installed, but the icon is not available to search for networks and connect…also, lan driver installed, but not seeing the icon in the network settings..for both the lan and wireless connection..
Yes, it could be. Some laptop have a button that deactivates the wireless adapter. Try using the driver from the chip manufacturer(usually realtek) and if that still doesn’t work then it can probably be a hardware issue.
I had similiar issue with a dell, I had to push a button on the keyboard to turn the stupid thing on. I racked my brains trying to figure out why it wouldnt work. Then saw the button pressed it and whamo it worked. Good luck!
Can u guys recommend some links to drivers, that i can try for both the lan and wireless drives?

Alternatively you can use a driver finder or pack like http://drp.su/
You could also search for “driver” in the apps section.
Hey guys. I got the 2 drivers to install. Got it from the dell link you sent here. Thanks alot.
