Dailymotion Website Poor Download Speed

Hi
I’m using an old laptop (which probably don’t help matters) I’m using Linux Mint/Wine I have tried nearly all the DM and the only one that works is Flashgot. The only thing wrong, the downloads are very sow. over 25 mins for a 250mb file. How i can speed the downloading up?

just depends on the site itself not your connection so no real way to boost it

Why are you using Wine? Firefox is compiled for Linux also, so there is no need for it. Try doing a speedtest. If the speed is good then it’s a DailyMotion’s problem…

Dailymotion sucks not gives you full speed use youtube instead

Dailymotion has a bad habit of throttling down your speed when you open a lot of videos in a short span of time.
