Custom install windows 7

How do i remove certain programs from an windows 7 iso?
ive tried using rt_7_lite_ but i cant install it.
im using windows xp btw

I have used RT7Lite before. Make sure you start with an untouched ISO.
You can also use vLite, its unofficially supported with Windows 7.
