Windows 7 Custom Theme

After a while, I changed the theme to Windows Basic for the fastest possible performance, but now I am bored of it and want to go back to the Shine 2.0 theme. I have no idea how to though. When I try doing it in Windows Personalize it just stays on the Basic theme with the settings, ie, wallpaper of that of the Shine 2.0 theme.
Any help would be appreciated, I’ve lost my ways in all this, been too long.

Right click on the desktop>Personalize..
After loading the window, you can find many themes option under change the visual and sounds on your computer.. You can find your shine 2.0 theme here.
Do it the way you installed it initially..
