You can, but I’ve forgotten how to do it I know, not helpful.
I’m sure it was something like transfer it to android device then use a mobile winrar.. apparently the mobile version negated passwords.. I’m not sure. It was something incredibly simple. Maybe google might help..?

Google the file name of the rar and hopefully the password is available in the results

Whatever you do don’t try any of those password cracker softwares, they are a waste of space.

Movie files that come with passwords (particularly if you got them from torrents) are generally fake – more so if you need to fill out a survey for the password
If you can’t find it from the source you downloaded it from or from Google, you’re probably out of luck

To do it with google, start with the full name + password then shorten the name to refine the results or get more results.
E.g.
abc.def.xyz.part1.rar password
abc.def.xyz.part1 password
abc.def.xyz password
abc.def password
byt the time you get to this, if you haven’t found the password then it’s likely there isn’t one listed and it’s a “survey scam” download.

I must have dreamt that^ Looked everywhere, all I can find is bloatware/ tasty trojans.
Brute force might be the only way..
