convert vbulletin 3.7.x database to phpbb 3.0.x?

as topic title says, I want to convert my vbulletin 3.7.3 database to phpbb 3.0.2. I have not much experience about forum scripts but I have to do it for some reason.
can you tell me which script should I look to convert database from VBulletin 3.7.3 to PHPBB 3.0.2?

Hi mate, not sure if your still looking for a solution, but there is an importer tool over on the vbulleting.org site used to transfer phpbb to vb so im think you should be able to reverse the outcome.
