Convert H.264 MKV to DivX AVI.

I heard you can use AutoGK to convert H.264 MKV to DivX AVI, though when I installed it, MKV was unsupported. Is there a plugin or something?

I do:
MKVextract -> .h264 file + sound
VirtualDubMod/any other h264 support program -> avi + divx/xvid

I tried VirtualDubMod but when I add the audio file to the stream list, the files goes to my current free space left (13GB). How can I make my 300MB MKV file to max 10GB DivX file?

I use Joboshare. 300MB mkv becomes 900MB Divx. But the quality is good.
