Convert 128kb audios file’s into 360kb. (Solved)

Hi guys so what i’m asking is that can i convert 128kb audio file’s into 360kb bitrate, and is it a good idea.
If i can please guide me a little bit.

I believe you mean 320, And yes it can be done, But it’d be pointless!
It’s all about the quality of the source, While you can convert a 128KBPS to a 320KBPS
it would only increase the file size and nothing further! The sound quality would remain
exactly the same! You would have to re-download those particular songs with better quality.

The quality will be as good as how you’ve downloaded it originally.

Technically speaking, its not possible.
So, better get your hands on the original 320 kbps.

This can theoretically be done (I think its called upsampling in digital signal processing lingo) but it can’t replace an original 320kbps recording quality-wise.
