Connection problem or invalid MMI code

August 8th, 2016

So I have a smartphone with two IMEI codes is that possible?
My provider says you can only have one code but I got two, one for each SIM card.
But when I try to look it up through *#06# i get the error shown in the title.
I don’t want to make this issue any worse then it already is so how do I fix this and find out my true MMI code or IMEI whatever you can call it?

Answer #1
If you can’t show the IMEI how do you know that you have two IMEI?

I opened the back of my smartphone and looked what is said under the spot you put your battery. And there it mentioned the two codes.
I have a DOOGEE Valencia DG800 smartphone.

IMEI codes from the device.
Does this device have dual sim card slots?

Yes. I guess this is the reason why I can’t look it up through that code?
Answer #5
change to the other sim card/number/etc and it should work…only one IMEI normally is active/works at a time, this is to trace the phone
