VPN connection problem

I bought VNP connection on linkideo.com, cuz i’m in college and we have a proxy server and it blocks any kind of download and streaming pages and so an. I configure it but when i try to connect i won’t connect. I get error 619.
Did any one else had this problem?
Do u know the solution to this preblem? etc.

Maybe you should consider waiting a little longer for a response.

from start>run>cmd
do get any reply? If not then your college has an isolated internet
with only a single computer connected directly running
a proxy server and the others connecting thru that proxy,Your
never gonna get a VPN to work,Only web based proxies.
