Do you live near a Microcenter?
Yes that’s where I bought the graphics card.
You can get the Phenom II X4 965BE and a free motherboard for $160, or step up to a nicer motherboard for $170. You’ll have another $100 or so in memory, leaving you $230 for a hard drive, case, and power supply.
Antec 900 Mid Tower Case: $90 CDN (Seems to be the standard reliable budget case)
MSI 770-G45 ATX:$80 CDN (You can only use DDR3 RAM, AM3 Phenom II Processors)
Kingston ValueRAM 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1333: $70 CDN (RAM Looks to be compatible with the board, but you should double check)
Corsair Builder Series 500W: $60 CDN (Your video card requires 400W, but it’s always good to get some more power so you’re not running your PSU so hard. If you want to upgrade your GPU in the future you might want to get a better PSU)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB: $75 CDN (1000GB is a lot of storage for most people)
AMD Phenom II X4 925 Quad Core Processor AM3 2.8GHZ: $135 CDN (Good price, Compatible)
Samsung SH-S223C: $25 (Cheap DVD player assuming you don’t already have one)
