Computer Acting Really Weird Every 2 To 3 Min Need help?

My computer is acting really weird about every 2 to 3 min the taskbar jumps back and forth and when I am using some programs the program get minamized what is up and how do I fix this??

You need to provide other info. It could be that the computer is… too old.

I disabled Interactive Services Detection problem is gone now
