help me pc acting weird?

with no programs running just after turn on and lasts like forever my pc wont stop working on something.
27%of the cpu is being used and 20% physical memory…no programs apart from the antivirus are running…wth? please help

Download hijack this and post a logfile , to see what is happening..

What process is using the cpu? And remember, windows needs resources to, so the usage of ram is pretty normal, and becides, why not let it use it if it runs better that way

try to check ur startup config
maybe it got something to do with it
press the windows key on the keyboard + r
then type msconfig
click at the startup tab
check if there are something that other then windows part
if got uncheck it and restart
if not just leave it there

Windows has processes and applications running when it starts up. You might have other apps that are starting up as well. A messenger application may be starting up, your antivirus program is also starting up. Some antivirus programs have an option of scanning at startup. Check to see if that option is not turned on (if applicable).
Some services may be running as well that you can probably turn off, but you should research that first before making any change.
Someone above mentioned about going to msconfig and checking what exactly is starting up. That is a good place to start as well.
