College internet security

On my college u can’t download anything. Peer to peer is blocket and monitored, when i tried to download over rapidshare it was also blocked. Then i found ultra surf but it does not help me. Well with ultra surf it starts to download but after couple of seconds download speed starts to drop and it download about 20 mb and then stops. This is the case whit rapidshare.
Every time i open my browser i get this screen

So is there any way of bypassing security and for me to start to downloading again.

There are 3 ways:
1. Connect to an unsecured wireless network
if available,This of course requires a wireless
card so if you don’t have one you’ll need
to purchase it,If you got a desktop computer
you could even extend the range by 1.5miles with a stronger antenna (Provided the wireless card
is of the PCI/PCI Express type and got a detachable antenna)
2. Connect over 3G/4G,This will require a cellular modem or usb dongle
from your service provider,Not sure how much this will cost and what restrictions it may have,Just ask em.
3. Buy a subscription from a VPN company,This usually costs $10-15
a month,It’s kinda like a second ISP.

You’re school internet is using a proxy server, its impossible to by-pass it, unless you know what proxy server they are using than you can by pass it, but not guaranteed

I second this. But,

Nope, I don’t think so. There are ones with 1-2$ available on link heaven and on various websites with 1gbit port. They work just fine.
If you’re just getting started, Try ULTRAVPN (it’s free) but it will be most likely banned.

id recommend buying a 3g/4g plan and using it in your computer…then you wont be relying on THEIR internet…yea it be nice to use theres…but its nice to go to the sites you want also!
