Civilization V FireTuner With Cracked Copy?

I don’t seem to see any mention of it in any Civ V thread. Is there any way to use the FireTuner (about the only thing that makes Civ V worth playing) with a cracked copy?
I guess with the Steam version, you download the SDK, and run the tuner, then enable tuner in a Civ V .ini, and the tuner connects, and allows you to edit just like in all previous Civ games. If it isn’t possible yet, is it being worked on?

i have same question. The mod tools and world builder are available on steam, but I’m not sure if they are standalone or what. Hopefully someone posts something soon. Send a message if you find something, i’ll do the same.

Haven`t find yet,but yes its released on steam,but only available for bought game.
want world builder so badly.
