Changing audio channels in Arcsoft Total Media

I use Arcsoft Totalmedia 3 to play videos on my laptop. It works well and generally I have no complaints. However I am trying to play a video with 2 audio channels, the default being French. How do I change the audio channel? It is really doing my nut in!!!!

Right click on the screen and under “Audio” select the track you want…
If that doesn’t work them blame Arcsoft for being mainly bloatware and use a decent player like Daum PotPlayer, Media Player Classic – Home Cinema or KMPlayer.(all freeware, just google them).
