Card reader problem

I looked in device manager and the card reader controller is installed so did an uninstall and reinstall and insert my card and it still won’t show. The card reads on other pc’s in the house but not my main box.
Any ideas?

I’m guessing the card reader is built-in
Go to the manufacturer website and download the driver from there, the driver which shipped with windows must be incompatible with your card reader
