Help me please SD card problem!

First of all let me wish you all happy holidays,i hope you have a lot of fun and love.
Now to explain my problem:
I tried to make ext2 partition on my 16gb kingston micro sd card as i needed it for phone so i can use Link2SD app.I used Minitool partition software and i tried merging but some error appeared and now i cant see my SD card anymore,in phone and i cant see it in PC via card reader also.Is there any way i could fix thiss problem.I will be thankfull if you could help me please.

Windows 7? Try this: Inset the card reader with the card in it. Click start menu in search box type computer click on computer management on top. See if you see the card in the list of drives if it’s there you will probably need to reformat or partition it for it to work.

Yes is windows 7 and SD card is not visible in disk management
