Can’T make 1080p video from Premiere Pro work on YouTube

These are my export settings:

My original video is 1920×1080 at 30 FPS. When I upload to YouTube I can only watch in in 360p or 460p. What is the problem?
When I export with the “YouTube Widescreen HD” settings, I can watch it in 720p on YouTube.
But I want 1080p, and there arn’t any presets for that. I tried to make my own preset, but apparently it doesn’t work.
EDIT: Oh sorry, it just took some time, even after the “processing” was done. After about 10-15 minutes, the 1080p option appeared on my video.

Takes longer for YouTube to encode the larger quality files (HD encodes).
It even tells you this when its done encoding in pretty big letters =/
I recommend you use another video site and boycott YouTube…
