Can my PC run ARMA 2?

Came across a freaking awesome game called ARMA 2.
I looked at the system requirements, and it seems I would be able to run it ok but I just want to make sure before I download it.
3 gig ram
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 2.20 GHz (2 cpus)
Nvidia 9600 GT 512 mb vram
What do you guys think?

– Dual-core processor
– 512 MiByte RAM
– Graphics card with 256 MiB VRAM and Shader Model 3.0

– Quad-core processor
– 1 GiByte RAM
