Can I use this on my laptop? Wireless change

Right now I have some wireless mini card from broadcom with bluetooth 4 that is not dual band so can I fit that intel centrino into my laptop and it will work correctly? I don’t see it say 5 Ghz but is it 5 Ghz since its dual band.

Yeah its got 5ghz support, I cant tell from the picture but it looks like a mini pci express slot.
