Can anyone recommend a VPN server based in the UK?

I live in the UK, and need a VPN to get past Three’s tethering restrictions on my phone, but i don’t want a VPN in america, because of high latency and inability to access iPlayer.
I tried Strong-VPN, but i have to pay more to get access to UK, so i was wondering if there was a UK based VPN that would charge the same for UK only access.
