Call of Duty World at War

Please can any body tell me how to fix this
I cant load the game ..
all Videos are working
but when the videos are over…Dialog box comes in game saying
Retriving Account Information and then Crashes
This comes in Desktop..

2GB Ram
I think Hardware isn the problem.. Please can any one help me

firewall the game exe off from accessing the internet, had the same problem
