Bypass websence filter

My public library uses websence filter and I can’t go to this website when i’m there. When i try to use a proxy website, tells me that i’m ‘banned’ when i am NOT. I used tor and switchproxy on Firefox but it doesn’t work. Is there a way that i can bypass websence filter? Thank you for answering my question.

You should be able to, but I can’t guarantee anything. You’ll have to try it out really.
