Bypass Download Restriction

i m using LAN.My ADMIN restricted the download speed to 15 kb/s ….before restriction i was getting 150 to 200 Kb/s…Is there any way to bypass this restriction …plz tell me …i can’t do anything in 15 kb/s..and don’t say”change your connection” because he is the only one in my area..

What do you mean your ADMIN? Are you talking about your ISP? If so then there’s almost no way of bypassing the limit. Good luck mate ^_^

Dude i am using cable net.By admin i mean person who is controlling this service.he has taken 4 Mb/s connection from the ISP..but he restricted his users to 15 kb/s…..i wanna break 15 kb limit

one more thing i forgot to tell u people…ma server admin is using Linux..so plz tell me how to break this limit

First of all, edit your post
Second, you probably can’t get behind the restrictions at all, why don’t you just ask him simply to change it?
Btw, he put you on 15KB/s for a reason prolly
