Buying, Selection of New Laptop

i wanna buy a new laptop so please suggest me some good guidence in Lappy configuration.
I have a few doubt please clarify these…
1. What is the difference between 32-bit n 64-bit systems.
2. Is it possible to install a 64-bit windows 7 software in 32 bit.
3 Am i able to install all other defalult n 32-bit software collection in 64-bit system.
I want to buy a Dell laptop but mostly all of the highly configured lappy’s are in 64-bit windows 7, if i buyed a 64-bit laptop can i install all my 32-bit n default collection..?
Preference: Multimedia prefarable n lots of software stuff.
which graphic card is better Nvidia or Intel
Processor Intel i3 or i5..?
If you know anything about dell stuff gimme some details.
Cost below $.800 or Rs.40,000
tell me if other which is good than dell.

1. What is the difference between 32-bit n 64-bit systems.
Practically, Most of the Applications are designed for 32 bit. Only advantage of 64 bit & the dis-advantage of 32 bit is that , 32bit cannot use more than 3GB of your Ram. I.e if you have more than 3GB of ram. Better go for 64 bit to make full use of RAM.

Not possible but vice-versa is possible.

If you are referring to applications, yes! you can do that.
Processor Intel i3 or i5..?
Frankly, i5 > i3 but it depends on the Laptops. The higher end you take, The more heating it’s going to be. You will have to handle it carefully!

Intel is crap. Its not a dedicated memory. It’s ON-BOARD memory.
Whereas, NViDIA is Dedicated Memory Graphics I.e Specially allocated memory just for the sake of graphics to be simple.
My Suggestion: If you are going for a Laptop, Choose Wisely & take the best one cuz You can’t upgrade whenever you wish later on! That’s a con
