Buying domain name on this websites

Hello guys,
I want to buy a domain name for my website. And I am looking for a safe website and cheap domain seller as possible. While googling I found some shops that sells cheaper domain than godaddy.
Here they are:
.com domain is only 10$ on
www.active-domain.com/
.com domain is only 8$ on
www.dynonames.com/
.com domain is only 9$
http://www.websitespot.com/
Are this website safe and trusted? And what is the difference on their service between godaddy. I hope you can help me guys. Thanks

is it 4$ in the first year then 9$ for other next years? that’s very cheap. maybe i will get a domain in there. is it a trusted site?
