no point in asking us, we didnt make the software. you should check what works fine on the emu first before playing games. goto the website and check.
How to enable this with no or unsignificant side effects?

I could be the Wii ISO release, some games are just badly ripped.
I would try another ISO version of the game, but do what an check with the software handlers site.

You could try another dolphin release, but I think it more has to do with the ISO game software, than the actual dolphin program it’s self.
