September 3rd, 2013

Hey guys, I have gathered computer hardware together and made a wishlist on ‘newegg’ canada.
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=25530788
Please.
1. Tell me if all equipment are compatible?
2. Tell me if I didn’t miss something? (Network card? Sound Card? Something?)
3. Tell me if all my equipment are good.
4. Tell me if I can improve my list by recommending replacement. Price cannot exceed 2 grand.

Answer #1
I would get a gigabyte or asus board if i was you, best boards.
Answer #2
Recommendations on your current setup:
Don’t buy such a large hard drive, wait for the prices to drop.
Get a better motherboard; you could OC more.
Don’t buy the CM R4 fans, get Noctuas/Yate Loons/Scythe instead. Plus, get more than 1 fan.
I would recommend the CM 690 II instead of the phantom.
Also, new GPUs and CPUs are comming out, and will smack these components, build a new system later.
Answer #3
I would get a gigabyte or asus board if i was you, best boards. Not really.
Don't buy the CM R4 fans, get Noctuas/Yate Loons/Scythe instead. Plus, get more than 1 fan. Most Scythes and Yate Loons are worse than Sickleflows but they all are noisy.
I would recommend the CM 690 II instead of the phantom. Or better yet a HAF 932 Advanced, 500R or 600T considering the price of the Phantom.
Answer #4
I like the Phantom. Case shouldn’t really matter. It looks nice. I don’t want noisy fans. I will get more than 1 fan, alright.
