Building a new PC (on a budget)

September 5th, 2013

Hey guys, I am building a new PC. I am from the UK so please only list items which are based in Britain.
I don’t know what gpu to get?? I will buy one from the range of £120 – £180.. Also, if you think things should be changed, tell me – I am aware that some things are probably not worth the money :p
I have stuff for storage so d/w about that
Thanks

Answer #1
Those parts are solid except the cooler which I strongly suggest spending the little extra for a Hyper 212+ Evo or at least the regular 212+.
Answer #2
Thanks for your reply. Any suggestions on what GPU? Something which will handle skyrim and bf3 on ultra settings ?
Answer #3
I would reccomend waiting for the next gen amd cards which are coming out early next year and as paroxys m advised changing the cpu cooler but apart from that its a solid system.
Answer #4
A 560 Ti or 6950 2GB if you can afford one. Else an ordinary 560 or a 6870. You should wait though since the new cards should drop the prices of current cards considerably.
Answer #5
Thanks guys. Good advice.
