Black Friday – also on cables, cases, etc?

So I want to buy a USB C to A cable and a case for the Nexus 5X, a new phone which I will also buy soon.
I was wondering if, traditionally, are there deals on relatively cheap products such as cables and cases on black Friday? Or in other words – is there any reason to wait before buying those things?
I’m also wondering if I should wait until black Friday to purchase the Nexus 5X itself. Since it’s a new phone, I find it hard to believe there will be discounts on it, especially on the Google play store. Am I wrong?
Also do these deals happen in other websites outside of the U.S like Handtec or Clove? I don’t live in the U.S, which means that in order to buy electrical products from Amazon (even cases) I have to use a third party shipping company, which just increases the cost. The above mentioned websites do ship to my country so if they have black Friday deals it’s really for the best.

Only US stores do the Black Ffiday thing by the look of it..
Don’t think you will find anything from UK or China.
Its starting to catch on in the UK , but generally only online.
You might want to check this first because it seems lots of those cheap cables don’t follow the type-c protocol and they can even fry your devices. That guy is a google dev and it’s testing cables proving just that.

Thanks guys. Actually in some countries black Friday is starting to catch on, just not sure about the websites I asked about.
And thank you Actually I heard about it too, had his Amazon profile page open on my browser for a few days. Problem is, not only will the manufacturers of these cables probably will raise prices now, some of them are also out of stock because everybody is rushing to get them I guess.
Also they are quite expansive (for a cable, in my opinion), so that’s why it’s important for me to know if there could be any discounts on it.
Discounts are minor on cables.
