best way to transfer movies to jailbroken ipad – vlc?

is the vlc player the best option
i know it works but it seems to copy files again when you play to an ‘inbox’
is there a player that can just play from the storage without re-copying?

does it have to re copy files? so if i put 10gb of movies and play each file it will copy each file into the inbox folder creating a copy of another 10gb. thats 20gb of data gone…
any tips?

Also check out Movie Box (available via AppCake) it is like Netflix, but free tons of content

Ive ALWAYS used AVPlayer, never gave me any problems, been using it for years now

There’s no need to copy files twice, just ‘Add Files’ to AVPlayer with iTunes and that’s it. Just open AVPlayer and your files will be there

thats what vlc player does, i will show it in vlc player but hwne press play it re-copies the file to a special inbox.

VLC is what I’d use but if you’re jail broken, look in to XBMC.
