Best way to monitor all bw and sites for all pc’s on LAN

I want to monitor, by computer or ip address, sites visited and bandwidth used from a central computer. I tried ISA Server w/ gfi plugin and Kerio firewall w/ internet access monitor addon, but just couldnt get them to work. Both provide the reporting that I want. All pc’s are connected to a Dell Powerconnect 3024, but using SNMP I couldnt monitor each port or site traffic.
I am willing to setup a server and have all traffic go through it, install a client on each computer, or most anything else. Any ideas? or should I work on trying to get those other two programs to work?

You can try IPCop server. free source
