Best video filming app for android

i have an android phone with 5mp cam but the app that came with it only rec 320×240 or 320×176
and they video looks very nice as it a 5mp cam but looks pixalted as it films such a low rez and bitrate
so is there any other apps i can use that will film with a bigger bitrate and rez?
