For private trackers you should really try Deluge.
For non private trackers Deluge and Transmission are what I use.
I don’t like bloat.

If it’s only for your account, add deluge shortcut here :C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start
If you need it for all accounts: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

ive found deluge is best on linux, utorrent, best on windows, have tried deluge several times on windows, changed settings, never can get full speed.

uTorrent after version 2.2.1 (build 25302) is junk.
