Best Graphics Card for older MB

I have a machine built on an Asus A8N-SLI MB and would like to know a top end card I can get that will work in that Motherboard , preferably Adobe certified for Prem Pro and After Effects

You don’t really need a “top” end card for what you’re doing…
Better to spend your money on a new system rather than a new graphics card because your PC probably can’t run it due to a weak power supply.
But the answer to your question is the GTX 580.
