Best forums that related digital music production.

i was looking for music forum that i can find tutorials etc. related to music production with cubase,flstudio,kontakt etc. My main purpose is to reach sample libraries which is not common on this forum. i am seeking for east west quantum leap packs like silk etc. maybe i will have a chance to get these on those forums.any help any suggestion?
