bandwidth limit

is there an program around that can set bandwidth limit?, my brother always download stuff in his laptop and i always get lag (online) in my computer.

you could either try using netlimiter but it has to be installed on his PC, but the best soltion would be to get a router that has QoS so you can set the bandwidth priorities

what should do i do here? can you help me im still new to this, ( btw im only playing cs and css online ) my comp uses wifi only coz my router is far away from my room

well by the looks of that pic, you have the choice of using MAC or port throttling, if it was me, ild use the MAC address one and set the flow as you want
If you use the port, all he has to do is unplug the ethernet cable and plug into another or switch it with yours, with MAC address it wont matter where the cable is plugged in
Or just add ur MAC address and set the priority to the highest
