Automatic Rapidshare downloader for free users?

hey everyone,
is there a working, legit program that will automatically download files for me from RS?
so like if i have a 38 part file i can queue them then it will dl the 1st part – countdown the 15min wait time and then download the 2nd…etc all the way to the last part
